pitch.gigs.finance
Verified once, good at every door.
The finance supply face of the gigs estate: one enrollment, one verified credential file, one posted-terms canon, read by every door that routes finance work to a person. Today the stamp on this face is RESERVED, nothing here is enrollable, and the face says so in one word.

You hold the commission, the certification, the license, the E&O. Those are facts about you, and most of them are permanent or renew on a calendar you already keep. But every desk that routes you work keeps its own copy: the signing service wants the packet, the field-exam vendor wants the packet, the panel portal wants the packet, the new Lender's vendor-management system wants the packet, and each copy is verified separately, expires separately, and goes stale separately.
So the ninth enrollment of the year looks exactly like the first: license copies, E&O declarations, a W-9, references, a background check you have passed before, a portal profile you will not remember the password to. The grievance is precise: none of that filing is yours. The proof of who you are lives in other people's drawers, and when a file needs a person, the routing runs on whichever stale copy is nearest.
The villain here is not any panel, vendor, or desk, and it is not AI. It is a filing rule: the rule that a professional's standing is re-proven to every counterparty instead of recorded once and read. This face exists to invert that rule: one roster, verified credentials, posted terms, which is the sentence the domain already serves, stamped RESERVED until it is real.
The trio this record anchors (gigs.finance, gigs.credit, gigs.loans) splits by grain, not by turf. The vertical doors hold the ACT grain: a loan-file act claimed at a posted fee at gigs.loans, routed analysis work at gigs.credit, each act typed with its scope, evidence schema, and gate. This face holds the MEMBER grain: who you are, which credentials are verified, what states they cover, what Practitioner Coverage is in force, and what the terms are. Membership facts live here; claimable acts never do.
The words are the family's and they are exact. A Roster record is what you have told us: pre-Eligibility, never a permission, never a verified bench, and never an employment relation. Eligibility is checked per act, per state, at claim, at the act door. And the boundary against the estate's flagship is a rule, not a vibe: gigs.expert reads the credential tribes no vertical door names anywhere in the estate (its boundary is the absence of a door); this face is the finance family's own membership grain (its boundary is the family), and wrong-door traffic is cross-routed, never farmed.
The role is already stated at the face itself: the live register names this domain the finance supply face of the gigs estate ("Credentialed finance professionals staffing the family's routed work: one roster, verified credentials, posted terms.") and states that nothing at the domain is live.
The demand side of the same rail is live next door. The hub sells one key that opens every live door in the family, a Mandate registry and x402 settlement, and a per-call data catalog at posted prices; the certified data door sells the file pulls. Every act the law reserves returns a typed refusal with a cure, and a cure that says "needs a human" is only honest if somebody holds the humans' verified records. The demand twin types the boundary; this face is where the far side of it enrolls.
The supply trio stands beside it in the same register grammar, each leaf serving its own role sentence and its own honest stamp:
The hub is live: "Agents can't lend. They can call it." serves at apis.finance with the kernel story, the metered catalog, and the family's machine doors.
The data door is live at apis.credit ("Agents can't grant credit. They can pull the file."), rendering the family's catalog as a view, never a second price list.
The trio's analysis face serves its own leaf at gigs.credit: "Reserved for the credit supply face of the gigs estate", reserved for credit analysts and underwriting professionals staffing routed analysis work, with nothing at the domain live.
The trio's lending face serves its own leaf at gigs.loans: "Reserved for the lending supply face of the gigs estate", where the unit of work is a file and every file carries its evidence, with nothing at the domain live.
Nothing below is live. This is the designed shape of the membership grain, shown as a SPECIMEN so the grammar can be evaluated before anything is enrollable; the stamp is the disclaimer and the deck adds no second one.

The 422 canon is family law: a capability whose ruling is pending is typed and refused, with the route named, rather than absent, mocked, or silently permissive. On this face the refusal is also the org chart: the member grain holds records and routes reads, and it never posts, prices, or pays an act. The grammar above claims the leaf's served sentence, not a deployment; the ship gate is one amber Claim, carried once, in Proof.
Honest stamps, the whole family. Every stamp below is a liveness fact, not a tenancy claim.
The leaf is live machine-side with the same statuses byte for byte: RESERVED at this face, LIVE at apis.finance and apis.credit, ROADMAP at apis.loans, WAITLIST at apis.mortgage, and one contact route: keys@apis.finance.
The origination address answers for itself: apis.loans serves its own leaf at the apex today ("The origination door of the apis family"), stamped ROADMAP in the family register.
The mortgage door answers for itself: apis.mortgage serves its own waitlist page at the apex today ("Agents can't originate a mortgage. They can call one that's licensed to."), a separate property under its own paper with the entity in formation, taking no Application and selling nothing: it takes names for the waitlist.
gigs.financial 301s to this domain today. That is a routing fact worn here because the books lag it: the gigs family tree still files gigs.financial as the live valuation door, and this record claims none of that identity, recruits no appraiser, and routes opinions of value to the tribes' own pages.
Three seams, worn rather than smoothed. The leaf files itself under the apis.finance family register while the hub's own published family map lists only the four apis doors, so the filing is attested leaf-side today. The gigs family tree carries none of the finance supply faces (the fin repo authors them under the owner's 2026-07-26 scope ruling). And the gigs.finance vs gigs.financial canonicality ruling is formally open even though the 301 already lands the valuation name here. All three are queued with the owner; every green claim in this deck stays curl-true whichever way each resolves.
The recorded coordinate is B2H2A supply recruiting at the membership grain: the member is the human a statute, a signature line, or a file's evidentiary needs require, and the estate's agents are the demand that routes work to them through the act doors. There is no paid acquisition and no outbound; the channels are the namespace position and the professional tribes themselves (signing-agent communities, field-exam networks, mortgage-operations and credit-operations alumni), because the artifact this face leads with is the honest register, and registers travel where professionals compare notes about who pays what and when.
Nothing is enrollable from this face while the stamp reads RESERVED, so today's intake is the family's one mailbox, answered by a person (keys@apis.finance). When the face ships, enrollment opens under the same discipline: a Roster record is asserted and unverified until verified, it is never a permission, and the face tells you when there is no work, which is the one thing a panel portal never does.
"Posted terms" is the third clause of the leaf's sentence, and it means the family's fee canon, held once here so every act door inherits it instead of restating it: a fee is flat, fixed when the act is posted, disclosed before the claim, identical whatever the member records and whatever the Lender decides, released on the recorded act (a reasoned Abstention included), and a Remittance, never a sale. Interest is never platform revenue and never the pool's. Third-party costs pass through at cost, itemized, never marked up.
And the negative promises, printed with the same weight: this face sells nothing, pays nothing, and prices nothing. No fee, band, range, hourly equivalent, or earnings claim of any kind renders here; the demand side's rate card prices what its callers pay for records, and none of its numbers is what any act pays a member, so this deck quotes none of them. Enrollment is never a thing a member pays for on any surface of this family.
Stated plainly: this face is a held address with a live, honest leaf, a live demand twin family next door, and two trio siblings serving their own leaves. Nothing here is enrollable, no door copy is authored for this face yet, and every amber below is deliberate.
The leaf serves 200 at the apex today with the role, the RESERVED stamp, the family strip, and the machine door; nothing at the domain implies a live roster, and neither does this deck.
The claim that matters, carrying candour the sibling record does not need: gigs.loans has a fully authored door (ratified voice, twenty typed act classes) waiting behind its leaf; this face has the leaf's one served sentence and this record, and no fin-repo copy doc exists for it yet. This face is real when one member can enroll end to end and the record is verified at the family grain. Until then, no surface of this brand implies a roster count, a verified bench, or a timeline.
The books lag the leaves in two places (the gigs tree carries none of the trio; the hub's published map lists only the apis doors), and both are queued with the owner. The record wears the lag rather than papering it.
The one seam that touches this record's own name. Reality has picked a direction (the 301 serves today); the ruling that makes it canon is formally open, and until it lands this record claims only its own leaf's role sentence and no lineage of the redirected name.
The register is live at gigs.finance and the demand side of the rail is live next door. The intake is a mailbox answered by a person: write three answers to keys@apis.finance · which credentials you hold, in which states, and which doors' work you perform (signings, field exams, verifications, analysis, curative).
If this was forwarded to you: gigs.finance is the finance supply face of the gigs estate and the supply-side twin of apis.finance, the address where the credentialed humans the family's files rely on (signing agents, field examiners, processors, analysts, curative abstractors) will hold one enrollment, one verified credential file, and one posted-terms canon, read by every door that routes finance work to a person. Today it is a live register stamped RESERVED beside a live hub (apis.finance) and a live data door (apis.credit), with the trio's act doors at gigs.loans and gigs.credit serving their own leaves; nothing is enrollable yet and every claim above carries its own state and evidence, the three ambers included. If you put your name on finance work for a living: write to keys@apis.finance. If you know who does: forward this.
